US Navy investigators Lieutenant Commander Christopher Pastwa and Lieutenant Karen Yamura know all about the tragedy of Pearl Harbor. Too many brave men lost their lives that day at the hands of the Imperial Japanese Navy. And although the Allies triumphed in World War II, some of the aggressors were never brought to justice.
One such group is the crew of the I-16-tou, the Japanese midget submarine responsible for sinking the USS Oklahoma. They vanished without a trace.
